Kizna.ai is an AI-powered automation platform that allows users to create workflows connecting third-party services such as Gmail, Slack, and Notion using AI models.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms of service.
• You are responsible for the content of automation flows you create and the actions they perform.

4. Connected Services

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Notion), you grant Kizna.ai permission to access those services on your behalf solely to execute your automation flows. You may revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Kizna.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kizna.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any actions taken by your automation flows.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
